How do we book you?

If I’m available and you’d like to move ahead, I send a clear proposal and contract. It keeps everything in writing so you know exactly what you’re getting from your wedding videographer. Once that’s signed, the date is locked in.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes. A £200 booking fee secures your wedding date. This confirms your place in my diary.

How early should we book?

Most couples book 18–24 months in advance. I only take on a set number of weddings each year, so availability depends on the dates already confirmed. If your date matters to you, it’s always worth booking early.

Do you travel?

Yes. I’m based in County Durham and film weddings across the North East, Northumberland, Yorkshire, and the Lake District. I also travel across the UK and take on destination weddings in Europe.

Can we meet before booking?

Absolutely. I always arrange a video call so we can talk through your day and get a feel for each other. I encourage both of you to join because connection makes a huge difference on the wedding day.

Do we need our full timeline before booking?

No. Around six weeks before the wedding, I’ll send over a simple questionnaire covering your timeline, suppliers, and key details. A rough outline is more than enough at the start.

Do you work well with photographers?

Yes. Photographers tend to guide things more, while my approach is calmer and more observational. We work as a team so the day runs smoothly and you get natural, honest footage.

How many hours do you stay?

I usually arrive two to three hours before the ceremony to capture the build-up. My finish time depends on your package, with many couples asking me to stay into the evening to capture the energy after the food.

How long does the film take?

I’m known for a fast turnaround, and speed never means a drop in quality. It means your day is still fresh in my mind and the people who matter are clear. Teasers are usually ready within 48 hours, highlights within 1–2 weeks, and your full films within 3–4 weeks. I’ve never missed a deadline.

What happens after we book?

Once you’re booked in, I stay in regular contact. Clear communication and strong customer service matter to me, and I want you to feel supported from the first message to the final delivery.
